How to get to Mo Laksgard

Mo Laksegard is located in Sand, Sand is the administrative centre of Suldal municipality. Suldal municipality is a part of Ryfylke, in the county of Rogaland. Suldal is located north of Stavanger and east of Haugesund. 
It is easy to travel to Suldal either by car, boat or buss depending on where you are travelling from.

Travelling from abroad Rogaland has good communication and its possible to get reasonable airfares and boat tickets.

By air The main airport in Rogaland county is at Sola, just outside of Stavanger. Sola offers direct routes from 46 different airports in Europe. Haugesund aiport Karmøy is located outside Haugesund.

By boat arriving by boat you can go to Stavanger, Bergen, Kristiansand, Oslo, Sandefjord. Stavanger or Kristiansand is the best ways to enter the country when travelling to Mo Laksegard.

From Stavanger it is either possible to take a express boat or drive the Ryfylke road (rv13) Both the road and seaway will take you through a lovely scenery of fjords and mountains. On the way it is possible to take a de-tour of the rv13 to the extraordinary Preacher's pulpit

From Haugesund you can drive or take the buss on the E 134. It takes approximately 1 1/2 h. 

From eastern part of Norway the best way to travel is by bus or car over the Haukeli mountain. There are two main airports for international travellers, Torp in Sandefjord, and Gardermoen in Oslo. Its also possible to go by train or fly to Stavanger.
